A New eCommerce ad-Venture

June 22nd will mark our four year anniversary supporting ProStores eCommerce Solutions. August will witness the fourth anniversary of launching Fauxlaroids.com — Your State-of-the-Art ProStores Test Site. Over the years we've used Fauxlaroids to create sample eCommerce products as well as ProStores Tutorials to help ProStores' merchants optimize their sites for maximum effectiveness.

To build on all of the key learnings in eCommerce of the past four years, we are embarking on a new adventure by launching a new venture, SurplusCameraGear.com.

Initially SurplusCameraGear.com will be a venue to sell superfluous cameras and other photographic equipment from our collection, and, in time, it may never be more than that! However, the real object of the venture is to apply all of the eCommerce knowledge we've accumulated over the past four years to a site that is, admittedly, a David among Goliaths. This is, after all, the ProStores' experience for many merchants — the small retailer competing with the Amazon.com's of the world.

We'll be blogging throughout the process to share our strategies and implementations with others. Check back often, and feel free to share your ideas as well.

New Tutorial...! PST30: Custom Product Title Tags
